Male testosterone, in the last 20 years, has dropped
by about 50%. Now, that’s a very serious issue, and
there are some reasons for it. The way we grow our food,
and especially our meat, if you’ve ever seen the large
feed lots out west in Texas, Nebraska area, you see
tens of thousands of cattle in a very, very small area,
and these cows, or cattle are shot up with high levels
of estrogen in order to make them gain weight. Of course,
the estrogen is allowed because it does migrate out
of the meat, so as long as it’s done within so many
days prior to slaughter, then it seems to be an allowable
process. But, what they don’t tell you is that estrogen
is an oil based hormone, and it migrates from the lean
meat into the fat. So, men and most of us like to brag
about the fact that we’re “meat and potatoes type men,”
but what we don’t know is, as we consume a big old marbled
fat steak, in a lot of cases, it could have massive
amounts of estrogen hormone in it. Estrogen in abundance
knocks down our testosterone, and in the case of America,
because we’re inundated with estrogen products, it has
taken a serious toll on our manhood, and our prostate
start swelling early as an indicator.
There are certainly some things you can do. Number
one, when you eat meat, any meat especially your beef,
just cut off all the visible fat, all of it. Don’t eat
part of it, cut all the visible fat off. You do not
need to be ingesting these extra estrogen hormones.
It’s not healthy for you at all. Try to lay off all
the pork, if you have an enlarged prostate because it
is very hard to digest, and you cannot separate the
fat from the lean meat in pork.
Now, let’s talk about nutrition and what’s going on
here. The Complete Body Balance Kit should be used for
prostate health, but if your prostate is swollen, and
the PSA count is up, there are some other things you
need to do. Based on how serious the swelling is will
determine your particular situation, there are three
primary minerals that affect the prostate; these are
Zinc, Magnesium, and Selenium. Now, based again on how
swollen the prostate is in your situation, an extra
ounce or two a day of Zinc, Magnesium, and Selenium
for a time on top of the Complete Body Balance Kit would
certainly bring you some relief. That’s not all you
need to do, and you need to be serious about this problem.
Any time there is swelling in the prostate area, it’s
the prostate saying “hey guys I need some stuff down
here, please help me out”. “Here’s a little indicator
that you need some help”. It swells, you can’t urinate
properly, and you have to get up several times a night.
That’s normally what’s going on, if that’s happening
to you, you probably have an enlarged prostate, but
it’s very much a nutrition and oil deficiency problem.
That’s why our cholesterol goes up at the same time
our prostate starts swelling, because the body starts
manufacturing cholesterol when you’re not taking your
oil vitamins, and in the case of a prostate swelling
you need some extra oil vitamins. I’m talking about
Vitamin A from fish liver oil, 30, 40,000 IU’s a day,
Vitamin D also from fish liver oil 800 IU’s a day, Vitamin
E, 8 to 1,200 IU’s a day based on your body weight,
if you’re a small frame less than 150 pounds then 800
IU’s a day should be enough, a large body weight over
150 pounds 1,200 IU’s a day. Make sure it’s a natural
Vitamin E from mixed tocopherols, and it should say
alpha, beta, gamma, delta on the label. If you have
high blood pressure start low on the Vitamin E if you
have not already been taking it and build up. Start
at 100 IU’s a day, and then every couple of days increase
it until you get up to your desired amount. On top of
that, Vitamin F is pumpkin seed oil, and men I highly
recommend this. This gives you a boost in libido, and
you need to take all your oils at nighttime before you
go to bed. Take several thousand milligrams of the pumpkin
seed oil, 5,000 mg or so every evening, because it will
do some tremendous things for you on that front. If
you have a case that you can’t get the swelling down,
add some organic flaxseed oil, 5 to 6,000 mg a day for
a while until you get the swelling down, and then take
it periodically to make sure you keep the swelling down.
You can increase the doses of the Zinc, and Magnesium
to about any degree you want, up to about 7 ounces a
day, but I would suggest no more than that. The Selenium
you need to hold it at about an ounce a day, the oils
the same doses that we’ve been talking about here. This
should do the job as far as getting the swelling down,
and getting things regulated so you don’t have to get
up so many times during the night, and keeping that
prostate healthy.
Men with prostate swelling will benefit greatly from
regular sexual activity. It is very beneficial to get
that massage. If it escalates and the prostate is still
swollen to the point that your PSA count is going up,
or you suspect the PSA count is going up, some of the
things I would do on top of increasing the doses is
add a progesterone cream. They make progesterone cream,
specifically for men, and you can find it at a lot of
the health food stores. Note, progesterone cream is
not just for ladies, because” progesterone” is the pre-curser
of all of our youthful hormones. I’m talking about testosterone,
it’s the pre-curser, pregananol, it’s the pre-curser,
DHEA, and progesterone is even found in large quantities
in our brain, so it helps us to be a little smarter,
and all of us could use some of that. So, a little bit
of progesterone cream in the evenings before you go
to bed. Put about enough on the end of your finger to
cover the outside knuckle, and rub it in the groin area,
and if you could rub it under your arm, at the top just
opposite the muscle. (the soft side under the top of
your arm) If you want you may alternate a little bit,
but rub it in the groin area, one side one night, and
the other side the next night. You can go directly on
the groin area if you want, but rub it in for about
four minutes, and the progesterone acts as a pre-curser
to help build some testosterone in the other youthful
hormones at this point. You see in most cases, we’ve
had some good testimonies on this front, your PSA count
drop by doing all these things, and only for a few weeks.
I had one individual, a very good man in Kentucky, that
was able to pull his PSA count about 3 points down in
three weeks by using just this method, increasing the
Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, the oils, and using the progesterone
cream. Now keep in mind that the progesterone cream
that you’re getting a natural progesterone cream, and
I’m talking about one primarily made from wild Mexican
Yams. This is just a quick indicator that it is absolutely
a natural progesterone cream, and not a synthetic type
of progesterone cream. It’s very effective, and it will
work for you. If the swelling persists I highly recommend
getting on Silver, and hopefully by this time you have
gone through the Complete Body Balance Kit, and you’ve
done the liver, gallbladder, colon, toxic sludge and
immune boosting cleanses with the Complete Cleanse Kit,
because there may be some kind of heavy metal, viral,
or bacterial contamination in this area. If that’s the
case get on the Silver, and take an ounce a day for
a while. If it’s serious swelling, bump it up to 2 ounces
a day for no more than about 30 days, and then back
it down if the swelling seems to persist in the form
of an inflammation rather than just an unhealthy prostate.
This is nutrition you need going in for the prostate.
Prostate cancer, if you don’t know, is the number one
killer among men. We need to start taking care of ourselves
in this area. Do not underestimate these nutrients,
and follow the diet plans that we talked about. Get
away from the fat. It’s not helping you in this area.
There’s an herb also making some headway in the marketplace
called “passion flower”, and it’s an extract of what
we call here in the South the “May Apple”, or the “May
Pop”. It’s a very delicate fruit that tastes somewhat
like a pomegranate, on the inside it’s got little tasty
seeds in it, but the extract of the passion flower will
stop testosterone from converting over into estrogen,
and so that’s being used quite regularly now. It may
give you some benefit on that front if you want to give
it a try.
A little re-cap on some of the products that we talked

A, D, and E. I’d like to see you get them from fish
liver oil, Vitamin E, and make sure it’s a mixed tocopherol,
because that’s a more natural Vitamin E, Vitamin F in
the form of pumpkin seed oil, organic flaxseed oil,
natural progesterone cream made from wild Mexican Yams,
and possibly an herb from the extract of the passion
flower. All of these things could be good for you to
use to help bring that prostate back into a healthy
condition. You must be persistent with these nutritional
products for a longer period of time because the prostate
is a very small organ with a limited blood flow making
it hard to get to. A swollen prostate will hinder this
process even more.
