The subject of depression is a grievous problem especially
for America. We seem to be at an all time high in our
world of depression, and we tend to blame it on things
like, lack of finances, problems at work, or whatever.
But it’s truly my belief that when it comes to depression
it is very much related to a nutritional deficiency.
If you look at the chain effect of what minerals depend
on each other, what minerals depend on vitamins, and
so on you will see that the depression chain is that
of Zinc, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, and B Vitamins.
Your B Vitamins are very important here. If you take
the Complete Body Balance Kit which is the 13 major
minerals all mixed into the Complete Essentials, you
will get most of what we are talking about right here
except, you will need extra Magnesium. This is your
key component when dealing with depression. Magnesium
is your relaxing and calming mineral, your stress free
mineral, your anti-stress mineral. It is your miracle
mineral in all respects. Magnesium will calm you down,
it will relax you. I think that if you’re in a situation
where there’s depression concerning you or your loved
ones, as much extra Magnesium as the body will tolerate
based on what’s needed – one ounce, two ounces, three
ounces, four ounces, five ounces extra a day, over and
above the Magnesium that you can get in the Complete
Body Balance Kit may be needed. It’s not harmful to
you, even if you get diarrhea, for that’s probably a
needed component anyway, to get the body cleaned up.
A lot of depression comes from the body having to stop
and absorb, and re-absorb toxins. In this case, I would
highly recommend using the Complete Cleanse, a cleansing
program for total body cleansing so that the body does
not have to re-absorb these toxins, and have to deal
with that extra stress caused by a build up of toxins.
So, on top of the Magnesium and the Complete Body Balance
Kit, look at doing a cleanse to get the body cleaned
up and back in position. You need to seriously consider
your B Vitamins. These are your anti-stress vitamins,
and one in particular is Vitamin B-3 which is niacin.
You don’t want to be taking niacin in a flushing form,
because only about 50 milligrams will flush you, and
give you sunburn, or the effects of sunburn for a short
time. What you want to take is niacinimide. This is
buffered niacin, a non-flushing form of niacin, and
you can actually take 500 milligrams one or two times
per day based on what you need in this respect, or based
on the severity of the depression. Every time you take
a B vitamin by itself you need to add a B complex to
it. So if you take a 500 milligram of niacinamide take
a B complex with it. If you take 2/500 milligrams of
niacin amide per day take 2 B-complex with each 500
milligram of niacinamide. This particular B vitamin
will bring you great relief when it comes to depression.
Now there are some old remedies out there that you
probably already know about, and one is that of St.
Johns Wart. It’s been our experience that St. Johns
Wart is mildly effective if it’s a very mild depression,
but it’s also a product that you do not need to be taking
every single day. You should never take St. Johns Wart
over 7 to 10 days maximum in a row, for it will over
tax your immune system; therefore, it is not one that
I would recommend for overcoming depression, but it
can offer relief on bad days. Keep in mind, fresh air
in a wooded area, sunlight, to allow your body to recreate
proper melatonins and seratonins. Walking barefooted
in a wooded area has certain benefits in overcoming
depression.
Just to give a re-cap of the things we talked about
are the Complete Body Balance Kit, which has a vitamin
and mineral combination with many special nutrients,
extra Magnesium, going through the Complete Cleanse
Kit, B Vitamins, and of course I’m talking about a B
Vitamin Complex, an extra Complex that you need to be
taking on top of what’s in your Complete Body Balance
Kit, and this is assuming you’re taking extra Vitamin
B-3 in a non-flushing form called niacinamide. You also
need to take an extra B-Complex each time you take
an ounce of Magnesium. B-Complex is a water soluble
vitamin therefore, it only stays in your bloodstream
for approximately 4 hours and has no toxic effect.
