Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a disorder that seems to
be rampant, but misdiagnosed more times than not. It
has to do with, quite simply, a nutritional deficiency.
So let’s talk about some of the different ways that
chronic fatigue syndrome can be noticed in your daily
lack of nutrition, and some of the nutrients that I
think you should be taking to overcome such a disorder.
First of all, our energy cycle, our crib cycle, is
a very intricate system made up of vitamins, minerals,
and certain amino acids but the primary ones are Zinc,
Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium. This is a part of
the Complete Body Balance Kit, and when you take this
program, you acidify that, to acidify, I mean take some
extra vitamin C, some citrus, and some apple cider vinegar
if you want to very quickly acidify them if you’re not
a diabetic, take a little bit of oatmeal because it
goes fairly acidic to the body quickly, and will give
you the acid state you need to acidify these nutrients,
allowing them to become part of your crib cycle, or
your energy cycle. Chronic fatigue, being tired all
the time, is simply a breakdown of the body’s nutrition,
and it could be on one or several different fronts.
So fulfilling the crib cycle, the energy cycle, the
general health with the Complete Body Balance Kit, then
acidifying that, a little apple cider vinegar every
single day, some of the other products we just mentioned
would be a great benefit.
It could be an anemic situation that is causing you
the same effects of chronic fatigue syndrome. Anemia,
being an Iron deficiency, and if you’re a lady, especially
a lady whose still in her menstrual cycle, you may need
to take a supplement of Iron. There is also a supplement
of Iron in water soluble, angstrom size particles like
the other products made by H2O Minerals, but if you’re
anemic, (see table of contents for anemia) it’s an Iron
deficiency, it could be, but it could also be a Vitamin
C deficiency, therefore, I would really encourage you
to beef up on that front. It could be a Copper deficiency,
a small amount of Copper everyday is required, or it
could be a Zinc deficiency. When taking these mineral
products, if your energy level does not come up to the
level where you feel like it needs to be, then you need
to look at getting rid of some of the junk out of the
body, and when I say junk I mean toxins. I encourage
you to go through the Complete Cleanse Kit, and do the
liver, gallbladder, toxic sludge and immune boosting
cleanse. Get the body healthy on the front of getting
some of these toxins out so that it can move forward,
and enter the crib cycle as it was designed to. If you’ve
done all these things right, you’ve done the cleansing,
you’ve taken the minerals, you still can’t get your
energy back up, then there may be some more serious
things you have to consider such as arterial blockage.
Even if you’ve done all the right things, and you’ve
got the right nutrients going in, you’ve cleaned out
the body, you may still have some arterial blockage,
and I will refer you back to the Complete Body Balance
Kit where you have a very slow way of cleaning the arterial
system of the body, and not to say it will be the fix
for everybody in every situation, but if it opens up
the arteries just a slight amount, that extra blood
flow, the extra oxygen, delivery of those nutrients
into the areas of your body that hasn’t had those in
a long time could be extremely beneficial in giving
you the energy, and the life that you want to live.
To re-cap some of the things we talked about, and this

we start, and of course learning to acidify that with
your Vitamin C, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and
your lime juice early in the day as you know these are
very important, and primarily after breakfast. If you
don’t get the energy going up immediately, some things
that you could add that we haven’t talked about would
be some extra B Vitamins, and especially Vitamin B-6
and B-12. On Vitamin B-6 you can do 100 mg as high as
3 times a day, Vitamin B-12 you can take 1,000 micro
grams 3 times a day, and this will add to your crib
cycle, so they can certainly be beneficial for you.
Don’t forget that if you don’t have the energy, there
may be something inside of you holding that energy back,
and that’s why I highly recommend the Complete Cleanse

to get things back up, and cranking. Remember if all
else fails, the body requires oxygen to create energy.
The proof is your increased breathing upon exerting
