Cholesterol is a big subject in the American society.
Cholesterol medication is on every street corner, everybody
believes their cholesterol is too high, and obviously
cholesterol does have a large part to play with heart
disease, but we have to get down to some good old common
sense. Not all cholesterol is bad for the body. Cholesterol
has its own role to play in the body, and some of that
role is very beneficial. We need to explore why we have
high cholesterol, what causes it, how to get it down,
why does the body produce it when you’re not taking
any in, and try to get some resolution as to if cholesterol
truly is the enemy, or is cholesterol just misunderstood,
and it needs a little bit of TLC – tender loving care
to be able to manage it in our body.
First off, what causes high cholesterol? What causes
the thickening of the blood? Could this be contributed
to several things? Did you know that there is no cholesterol
at all in fruits and vegetables? None, Zero! You only
get cholesterol from all kinds of meat products, and
that includes milk, cheese, butter, and so on. All meat
products have cholesterol in them. No fruits and vegetables
have cholesterol, so if you wanted to reduce your cholesterol,
what would be one very obvious way to do that? Cut down
on the meat products, all of them, and if you eat nothing
but, fruits and vegetables, primarily raw fruits and
vegetables over some period of time, about 6 to 8 weeks,
your cholesterol will recede back to the level that
the body is manufacturing cholesterol.
Now here comes the other big question. If you’re not
eating meat, you’re eating raw fruits and vegetables,
and your cholesterol does drop a bit, let’s say that
it’s still 220 or 230, and you want it to be lower,
that means that the body is manufacturing cholesterol
then the question becomes “why is the body manufacturing
this much cholesterol”? Some very obvious reasons are
when we get a little older, for us men, in particular,
cholesterol is needed to balance our hormonal system.
It is needed to build your testosterone, to build your
pregonanol, and the DHEA type hormones, our youthful
hormones, and without cholesterol, or without the proper
oils going in, the body has to depend on cholesterol
to try to balance those hormones. So, it’s not a really
smart thing to knock it down to 150 quickly until you
realize that there’s other parts of the body that are
out of sync, and these things probably need to be addressed
and taken care of first.
First of all, you need the right nutrients in you and
of course I’m talking about the Complete Body Balance
Kit, the 13 major minerals and all the vitamins and
amino acids. This is the first very best thing you can
do to get the body synchronized to balance that cholesterol
that your body’s producing. The other thing you have
to do if your body is producing cholesterol is to get
the oil type vitamins and the omega 3 and 6 oils that
it needs. On top of the Complete Body Balance Kit, start
taking a little extra Vitamin A, maybe 10, 20,000 IU’s
a day, a little extra Vitamin D, 800 IU’s a day if you’re
not getting it already, Vitamin E, 1200 IU’s a day,
if you have a small body weight under 150 pounds take
about 800 IU’s a day, and larger body weights over 150
pounds take 1200 IU’s a day. If you have high blood
pressure start out at about 100 IU’s a day, and work
your way up to the preferred amount, and if you’re taking
the proper oils in the way of essential fatty acids,
eating fish, or taking fish oil, taking olive oil, a
tablespoon a couple of times a day, organic flaxseed
oil at least one tablespoon a day, or 3 or 4,000 mg
of the organic flaxseed oil (if you’re taking it in
the form of a capsule). This will put the oils back
into the body, and you need to eat a lot of raw nuts
that have oils in them. These will put the oils back
into the body so that your body does not have to manufacture
cholesterol in order to balance the body’s hormonal
systems that depend on that oil base.
So, get your nutrition going in, lay off the meat for
a while, and then take your proper oil vitamins on top
of your Complete Body Balance Kit.
Now, let’s talk about some other things, and get rid
of a few myths when it comes to cholesterol. Yes, cholesterol
does not need to be high, but does it cause all the
damage to our heart arteries? In other words, is high
(bad LDL) cholesterol the actual cause for all of our
heart disease? Well think about this. If there’s disrepair,
let’s say the arterial system of the body is a super
highway, and let’s say a tornado runs across a super
highway in your neighborhood, and it rips the entire
pavement off of it. I suspect there will be a responsible
local government to come to the aid of that highway,
and put a hot patch of tar on it. That’s being responsible.
Well, the arterial system in the body is very much like
that super highway, and when it gets scarred, drinking
chlorinated water will begin the scarring of your arteries,
having massive free radical damage going on where the
molecules inside the bloodstream are bouncing around
out of control like a ping pong ball, and then knocking
holes in this scarred arteries, the brain sees that
this scarred artery is becoming weak from this activity,
and you may spring a leak internally. The brain will
then put out a signal for the body to go down there
and patch that artery. And guess what it will use to
patch it? Well, you got it right. It will patch it with
cholesterol. But, do you think the brain really cares
if your cholesterol count is 100 or 300 with respect
to patching that super highway, or that artery? The
brain doesn’t care. It will still patch that artery,
and so the high cholesterol, even though it contributes
to a lot of negative things in the body, heart disease
being one of them, is not necessarily the cause of that
blockage. It was the initial scarring of that artery
from not eating your proper fruits and vegetables, not
taking the proper nutrition such as the Complete Body
Balance Kit, not doing all the proper oils that the
body needs to keep that artery from starting to scar,
plus contributing to the blockage is eating excessive
margarine, animal fats, and the fake minerals that they
put in our food supply, such as carbonates, citrates,
glutamates, sterates, etc. and then not stopping the
free radical damage by taking your super antioxidants,
vitamins and minerals which we provide.
You want your cholesterol less, if your blood is thinner
it delivers more nutrition, more oxygen to different
places in the body, and there’s a lot of different ways
you can help knock that cholesterol down. On top of
the Complete Body Balance Kit and the extra oils I told
you about, start taking some of our Chromium product.
Chromium will knock cholesterol down. Taking a tablespoon
a couple of times a day of the extra virgin, cold pressed
olive oil. It is your HDL which is your high density
lipoprotein or good cholesterol and it will displace
your LDL which is your low density protein, which is
your bad cholesterol. So, taking good cholesterol in
(olive oil) will knock out the bad cholesterol. Taking
an extra dose of Chromium, an ounce a day over and above
the Complete Body Balance Kit and everything we talked
about will help knock the cholesterol down. Eating a
lot of beans, especially pinto beans, and northern beans
will help lower your bad cholesterol. Taking Vitamin
B-3, niacin in the form of niacinamide, 500 to 1,000
mg a day for a while, a B-Complex, and Vitamin B-6,
100 mg, three times a day along with a B-Complex will
help lower your cholesterol.
Now, just to give you some insight on the old traditional
knowledge about oatmeal, let’s just analyze a little
bit. Yes, oatmeal will reduce extremely high cholesterol.
How does it do that? Oatmeal is so acidic, and so rancid
that when the body breaks it down your body has to excrete
out a lot of bile acid in order to metabolize, and get
the oatmeal through the body. When it excretes the bile
acid it has to replace the bile acid with more production,
and the body uses cholesterol to rebuild that bile acid.
Now with that being known, and the effects in the relationship
of oatmeal and cholesterol, you really wanted to excrete
out a lot of bile acid quickly, therefore, I would recommend
our Complete Cleanse Kit, and do the liver, colon, and
gallbladder cleanse. You will excrete from the body
a very large amount of the body’s excess bile, and then
upon reproduction of that bile, the body will use up
a large volume of the cholesterol that you have going
into the body.
If you have a problem with your cholesterol quit eating
meat, start taking your proper nutrition, get some extra
oil vitamins and essential fatty acids going in, take
some extra Chromium, do the B Vitamins that I just talked
about, eat some beans and apples, and this will help
get your cholesterol under control. If you have high
triglycerides you can take some fenugreek tea. Any green
tea is beneficial on the side of high cholesterol, but
a fenugreek tea with triglycerides has a tendency of
removing large fatty acids in the bloodstream with a
lot of aggression. So, that on top of your good nutrition,
go through the cleanses, and you will see that your
body will come back into sync, and cholesterol should
not be a problem for you. Keep in mind that high cholesterol
will not kill you in a day or two. It’s the blockage
in your bloodstream that could kill you, not cholesterol.
It’s got nothing to do with your physical death other
than it accelerates the rate of the blockage.
Take a look at the Complete Cleanse Kit once more,
and you will see that we have a way of opening those
arteries with a cleanse, then cholesterol, or the fear
of cholesterol killing you shouldn’t be that great of
disturbance to you knowing that it would take years
of cholesterol build-up to physically clog an artery,
if that artery was fairly clean. So a much wiser course
of action would be to do the body cleanses first, get
the nutrition going, do the arterial heart valve cleanse,
get the blockage cleaned out, and then consider whether
you should be taking cholesterol control medication,
or whether you should let your body do what it knows
how to do very well, without the negative side effects.
To re-cap now on all the things you may want to purchase.
We talked about the Complete Body Balance Kit, extra
Chromium, the Complete Cleanse Kit, extra oil vitamins
such as Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E, and of
course I’d like to see Vitamin A and D come from fish
liver oil. On top of that, we talked about fish oil,
but keep in mind fish oil is not the same as your vitamins
from fish liver oil, so this would be extra fish oil
supplements, 1 to 3,000 mg a day based on the severity
of your cholesterol count. Take all the oils at nighttime
before you go to bed simply because oils slow you down
a little bit, and it will make you sleep very deeply.
This way the oils get a chance to sit on the body, get
soaked in really good, and do what they do overnight.
Also, cold pressed olive oil and organic flaxseed oil
with your alphas and your omegas right there in that
organic flaxseed oil which is very big on balancing
the hormonal system. Also, for the serious cases Vitamin
B-3 in a buffered form like niacinamide, or a non-flushing
equivalent, and Vitamin B-6 would be very helpful in
lowering cholesterol. If you have a triglyceride problem
some fenugreek tea is very big on the front of helping
to remove those large fatty particles, triglycerides
from the bloodstream.
