Carpel Tunnel is a disorder of the wrist, and a disorder
of the tendons primarily of that wrist area. Some similar
effects are tennis elbow, and stiff tendons in other
places of the body. Carpel tunnel syndrome for those
that use the wrist in a very continuous manner over,
and over again have a tendency of injuring that wrist,
and believe it or not ,this can be very largely due
to a nutritional deficiency of that connective tissue,
or that tendon in the wrist area.
On top of your Complete Body Balance Kit, I would like
to see you take some extra Manganese. Manganese is very
big, it’s a brain nutrient number 1, but it’s also big
on delivering healing to stiff tendons, or tendon like
tissues, which is where you get your carpel tunnel,
or tennis type elbow disorders. And of course the Complete
Body Balance Kit is the incredible mixed blend where
we have 13 major minerals, and all the vitamins and
amino acid that come with it. Half ounce (l Tblsp) a
day of Manganese would probably be sufficient, you could
go an ounce for about a week then, cut back to a half
ounce a day of the Manganese. On top of that I’d like
to see some plain, unflavored Knox Gelatin taken at
nighttime just before you go to bed, mix it with a little
bit of juice, stir it quickly, and drink it quickly
because it will gel up on you, and on top of that take
some good heavy doses of Vitamin C, 2 to 3,000 mg in
order to strengthen the collagen that you need to make
that healing which you will do normally in the first
hour of deep rem sleep.
To recap: The Complete Body Balance Kit, extra Manganese
- half ounce to one ounce a day, if you go to an ounce
just do it for a short period of time, cut back to a
half ounce after about a week, some extra collagen,
some extra Vitamin C, a little bit of extra Zinc, and
of course with the Zinc, I highly recommend taking some
extra Vitamin A, about 10,000 IU’s a day from fish liver
oil. Vitamin A and Zinc both offer an incredible amount
of healing, plus keeping infection and inflammation
to a minimum. Half ounce to an ounce a day of our Silver
product in the evening would be better so it has time
to soak in that tendon, that is the bone connective
tissue area, and Silver seems to have a healing effect
on that hard tissue, so it could have some benefit.
This along with some good oils, your organic flaxseed
oil, your fish oil, your apple cider vinegar, all these
things keep down inflammation and assist you in getting
some relief for this carpel tunnel effect. Also, an
ounce a day of Magnesium to support proper enzyme activity
to eat away any excessive scar tissue in the damaged
area.
Some products you may want to purchase. Of course
the Complete Body Balance Kit would be the obvious here,
a little extra Manganese, extra Zinc, and extra Silver,
and on the vitamin front some extra Vitamin C, extra
Vitamin A, fish oil, and your oil vitamins, and even
organic flaxseed oil, take the oils at nighttime before
you go to bed, because they slow you down a little bit,
and they’ll make you sleep very deeply also, some extra
Knox Gelatin at nighttime before you go to bed, and
the apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon or two tablespoons
a day just to help knock down inflammation, and bring
the body ph up.
