High Blood Pressure

Some may call it hypertension, and when I’m doing my seminars I ask people throughout the classes what causes high blood pressure? Based on their knowledge, I get all kinds of interesting answers, but the most common answer I get is salt and stress, and then, of course, I get answers like husbands and wives, and children and grandchildren, and so on and so forth. It seems that we’re in a total disarray as to what really causes high blood pressure, and of course I’m not going to say, what I’m about to say with any conclusive evidence, other than, the fact that I want to appeal to your common sense, and to your logic. What do they call high blood pressure? Well, it’s called hypertension. Have you ever asked your doctor why do they call it hypertension? Is there tension on some part of the body, and if there is tension on some part of the body, what part of the body is it? Well, if you were to ask him, he will tell you that the tension is actually on your arterial system. So the question becomes why is it on the arterial system, and why do they call it high blood pressure? When there’s tension on the arterial system, your blood pressure is high. Let’s explore exactly what may be causing high blood pressure, and see if it repels any of our traditional thinking, and let’s just see if it applies to our common sense and our logical thinking here.

I ask people that all the time, “what is the most important organ in the body”? If I didn’t give them a little education prior to the question they would about, 9 times out of 10, say “well the heart Walt is the most important organ in the body”. And then my question would be to them “well tonight when you’re asleep, who is going to tell your heart to beat”? And then they suddenly realize that the heart is not the most important organ, but their brain is absolutely the most important organ of the body and nothing else operates in the body without the brain, nothing will stay regulated, and nothing will heal itself. Things just don’t work without that big old brain, and we think so little of it that we hardly even remember it’s up there, when in reality our brain is monitoring everything that goes on in our body 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The brain is primarily made up of fat, tissue, and water, and it floats in a pool of oil. Now I want you to think about that, this incredible complex machine that we have, the things that it can do, and it’s made up of fat, oil, and water. It doesn’t ask for a lot, and that’s why we forget about it more times than not. The brain sits up there and does everything we expect him or her to do, and we don’t think a lot about it. But the brain is 95 to 96% water when it’s fully hydrated, the physical body is only about 75% water when it’s fully hydrated, and the brain itself cannot get fully hydrated unless the body that it’s drawing off of is fully hydrated. So think about this – we go 30 to 40 years and learn everything that we do. We learn to drink coffee, colas, juices and teas, and all kinds of things, and we don’t really learn to drink water. Well, anytime you drink all these other drinks I just mentioned the body has to deal with the concentrated sugar, the chemicals, the bicarbonates, in the sodas – whatever’s in the drink; tannic acid in the case of coffees and teas. As it deals with these elements, it actually expels out more water from the body than you take in. These elements or drinks are called diuretics, and your brain needs water. If you’re taking something in that makes you urinate more out, or expel more out of the body, then your brain still has not gotten the drink it needs. As a matter of fact, you have deprived your brain of water. So let’s think about this for a minute. You’re 30, 40, and 50 years old, and all of a sudden your blood pressure is creeping up. What is the cause of that high blood pressure? Well, you got tension on your arteries, hypertension. Why do you have tension on your arteries? The brain is in control of every muscle in the body. If you want to watch your hand rise up, just ask it to rise up. The brain will send out a signal, and your hand will lift up off of your body. All the brain ask for is water, and of course you need the oil changed up there every once in a while, but right now what we are going to deal with is some water. It’s has to stay hydrated, if it’s not hydrated you will have memory loss, you’ll have all kinds of terrible things go wrong, and the brain is sensing all this. You can go for a period of time without water, but the brain simply needs water. It’s screaming at you, it’s giving you a migraine headache a thousand times saying “hey I’m thirsty up here. I need some water to drink. Here’s a little pain just to remind you that I’m still up here”. And if you don’t drink over a period of time, just clean, non-chlorinated, non-fluoridated water, the brain is simply going to take the water by sending out a signal through the entire body by way of your arteries.
Arteries are not like a vein. You’ve never heard of blocked veins, you’ve only heard of blocked arteries. Well, what’s the difference in them? A vein is a pipe. Fluid runs through it, and it doesn’t do anything but sit there. An artery is a giant muscle, and if you ball your hand up in front of you, and then you open it slightly you will see inside of that hand. There’s now a hole that is representative of the artery. It’s like a mass of muscle, and the brain has the ability to contract and to dilate those arteries upon command. For example, when you eat a big Thanksgiving dinner, the brain will put out a signal to restrict the arteries in your arms and your legs, squeeze them, to dilate the arteries in and around the stomach area so that you can digest the over abundance of food that you just took in. So the brain is in total control of this giant muscle in your body called the artery, so hypertension could be the brain’s way of simply trying to get a drink of water.
You know, maybe it felt the fear that came over your body a couple of days before when you almost ran out in front of a car, or you almost had an accident because it was getting sluggish. It couldn’t think clearly and sharply, and these things led to that near accident, where it felt the tension and the pain that came from you as you experienced that. Then it finally made a decision – alright that’s it, I’ll give this person a headache for 6 months because of dehydration at a cellular level. The brain is saying, I’ve got to have a drink of water. All the arteries squeeze at one time. Squeeze, don’t hurt this boy, but I need to have some water, so they squeeze all at one time, and as the arteries restrict it pushes the water up the hill, and the brain gets a drink of water. That is all it was wanting, and then of course you might say “I drank a gallon of water yesterday Walt, I shouldn’t be having high blood pressure, and it should go away, tomorrow, the next day? Keep in mind you are dehydrated at a cellular level, the brain has to harvest its water from the blood cells. The brain has not been able to trust you for 30, 40, or 50 years. Do you think it is readily going to trust you in a day or two? The body has to stay completely saturated for 90 days to become hydrated at a cellular level. That means you should drink ½ of your body weight in ounces of water, everyday, for 90 days. Let me say it again – ½ of your body weight in ounces of water for 90 days before your body becomes fully hydrated at a cellular level. Now, once it becomes fully hydrated, the brain is taking notes. Wow, has he or she figured this out? At that time, the brain may let a little tension off of those arteries. Then 30 days later, you stay fully hydrated, he or she lets more tension off the arteries. Thirty days later more tension off the arteries, and so over a period of time it will continue to get better and better, and better, and better, but you’re likely not to see any significant result from being hydrated until about 90 days, because the brain simply cannot trust you on this front.

Now, that’s not all that it takes to overcome high blood pressure. Obviously there are several factors that could cause it, but lack of water in the body (at a cellular level) seems to be a strong indicator of what could have caused your high blood pressure. The other factor could be a Zinc, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium deficiency, or a electrolyte deficiency. Potassium helps hydrate the body. Once again, Potassium is responsible for drawing fluid from outside the cells in the body to the inner cells which plump the cells up with water, and then of course the cells take it up to the brain.

Another thing that could certainly cause high blood pressure would be the lack of Vitamin C. The lack of Vitamin C could absolutely cause you high blood pressure, and so these vitamins need to be taken. Here is a little extra information on the Vitamin C front. The Foundation product will give you all that you need when it comes to those electrolyte minerals; Zinc, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, all the other electrolytes, and many other minerals. And of course the Foundation product is brought to you by YPL – Your Promise Land. Another great hydrating product that you could use with the Body Foundation is Sports Divine, also brought to you by YPL. When it comes to high blood pressure, drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water every single day. Keep it going that way for about 6 months; take extra Vitamin C, 2 to 3,000 mgs. per day. Get the Freedom Cleanse Kit provided to you by YPL – Your Promised Land, and get on those body cleanses. Go through the body cleanses, this will take stress out of the body. It will help take the toxins, poisons, and the parasites out of the body, clean up your liver, and your body will react very nicely for you taking that stress out of it. Taking the stress off your body helps to relieve the tension on those arteries.

Now, we’ve covered several things that can and do cause high blood pressure, but let’s talk about one more really big one. Taking excessive prescription drugs can and will always cause you high blood pressure because of the strain it puts the body under. But let’s talk about some other possibilities. If you’re 30, 40, 50, 60 years old, and you’ve been a consumer of a lot of meat and meat products in your days, all meat – beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, milk, dairy products, all of these are meat and meat products, animal and animal products, and if you’ve done this, and you drank chlorinated water most of your life – which most of us have, and you haven’t taken your proper super anti-oxidants, or ate your proper amount of raw fruits and vegetables, you will likely have a condition called hardening of the arteries. Now, hardening of the arteries is not what you think it is. It’s simply the inner lining of the artery becoming thicker because of build-up. Well, that gives you the same effect as the brain putting tension on the arteries. In other words, the diameter inside the pipe because of this build-up, it gets smaller, and smaller, and smaller as the years go by. This can take a terrible toll on your body as a general rule, because now your blood pressure can be going up because the walls have gotten so thick on the arteries that it’s mimicking hypertension on the arteries, because the diameter is so small. The slightest little tension you get now, can and will, give you high blood pressure. So, because of this, I highly recommend that you drink the water, take the Complete Body Balance Kit. The Complete Body Balance Kit gives you all your vitamins and minerals needed so you can get hydrated. As you go through these cleanses, take extra Vitamin C and Magnesium if you want to help lower that blood pressure. An ounce or 2 extra of Magnesium a day will certainly help lower that blood pressure because of the relaxing and calming effect of Magnesium.

But if you’ve done all these things, and it still hasn’t taken your blood pressure down, I suggest you go back through the Complete Cleanse Kit and that you take a look at the arterial heart valve cleanse. The reason being, you want to open these arteries up over a 30 day time frame, bit by bit, to allow them to have more blood inside of them. In other words, the diameter will increase as you erode out some of the sludge that’s inside, and therefore, your blood pressure will just naturally drop because the diameter inside the arteries automatically increased with each cleanse..

If salt increases your blood pressure, and in some cases, it does, it means that you’re salt sensitive, which only means you have a Calcium and Magnesium deficiency. Once you get on the Complete Body Balance Kit it is likely that salt will not affect your high blood pressure in any way, shape, and form. The next exception to the rule, in rare cases, could be excessive scarring in the kidneys. As scar tissue builds from old damage, the brain has to increase the blood pressure to push the blood through the now scarred up kidneys. This excessive scarring can be removed by taking 2-3 oz. of Magnesium per day on top of the Complete Body Balance Kit and in extreme cases you may have a need to add fibrolytic enzymes. My choices would be serrapeptase, protease, bromelain. These enzymes can be picked up at most health food stores. Also, keep in mind when you go to see an allopathic doctor to try to control high blood pressure, more times than not you’re given a diuretic which means the brain has put out a signal to squeeze the arteries to get water up to the brain. Now, you’ve been given a diuretic which knocks the water cap off the brain, and then a few months later the brain is looking around saying “where is all my water? I just had it up here a while back, and I was doing really well, but now it’s not here. What has happened to it”? The brain at this point could very simply indicate to the body that it needs to put another squeeze on the arteries again, and it may very likely do that – squeeze the arteries again – it may say in order to push the blood back up to the brain to get the water, and then of course a few months later you go back to the doctor and you say “hey I don’t think this medicine is working doc”. He says “you’re right your blood pressure is creeping back up. Here’s a stronger diuretic”. And then of course this cycle could continue until you get what they call chronic hypertension which is a very, very dangerous event. So just try to stay hydrated, and maybe you can overcome these multiple visits back to the doctor in order to get diuretic pills which may or may not be helping the real situation.

To re-cap on some of the things that you may need to purchase when it comes to high blood pressure, we’re certainly talking about the Complete Body Balance Kit, some extra Vitamin C, also the Complete Cleanse Kit will be very vital here, and some extra Magnesium. A great addition to the product line is a product called Sports Blend. It is a great addition for an energy boost, instant vitality and hydration at a cellular level. PS: Don’t forget about your clean water. And because Mr. Pig doesn’t digest, you’re likely to see your blood pressure increase shortly after eating it, check for yourself. Be blessed.
