Anemia, that is low energy, seems to plague our society
quite a bit, and I think a lot of this is from a simple
lack of understanding as to what all can cause an anemic
type reaction. Of course, anemia is more frequent with
our younger ladies who are experiencing their menstrual
cycles because of the loss of blood, but it is not as
common in our male population. So, it is a grievous
event for the younger ladies on their menstrual cycle,
not so much an event for the men, but sometimes obviously
they can be anemic too. More times than not, it is not
just an Iron problem with the men as it is a Vitamin
C, Copper, or a Zinc problem. In other words, whenever
you go to an allopathic type doctor, and they have diagnosed
you with anemia, or being anemic, they will traditionally
tell you that it is an Iron deficiency, and it could
be, but it may not be. There’s a chain dependency among
vitamins and minerals. In this case, Iron very much
depends on Vitamin C for proper oxidation in the body,
Vitamin C very much depends on Copper to be metabolized
and used in the body properly, and Cooper depends very
much on Zinc to work well. So you could be anemic from
a Zinc deficiency, a Copper deficiency, a Vitamin C
deficiency, and/or an Iron deficiency. Obviously, being
anemic you probably have several things going on, and
you want to get your nutrition up on every front as
best you can. I highly recommend to you the Complete
Body Balance Kit and all the incredible ingredients
that are in that kit.
Now, over and above what you get in your Complete Body
Balance Kit, you know if it’s a serious case of anemia,
Iron is a good product, and in cases that it’s not severe
a teaspoon a day would be plenty. In other cases, that
are more severe, a teaspoon twice a day may be needed,
but I don’t think you would need much more than that,
a little extra Copper, about a teaspoon a day over and
above what’s in the Complete Body Balance Kit. When
you take extra Copper you obviously need extra Zinc,
and if you’re taking a teaspoon a day of Copper you
need an extra one ounce a day of Zinc.
All these things make up the chain dependency on the
mineral front, but there are some other things that
you can do to help bring the body back into a healthy
balance on the red and the white blood count. Taking
3000 mg Vitamin C and little extra Selenium wouldn’t
hurt, no more than about a tablespoon a day, and some
extra Vitamin E – about 800 IU’s a day. In extreme cases,
liquid chlorophyll( from health food store) 2-3 ounces
a day should be added.
Now keep in mind while you’re doing all this that if
you’re taking Iron, some bodies are more sensitive than
others, you may have a condition of constipation, so
to avoid that I highly recommend taking olive oil –
cold pressed olive oil – a tablespoon a couple of times
a day especially if you’re taking the Iron supplement.
If this doesn’t correct the anemic situation fairly
quickly you may want to consider that there are some
other things going on inside of you that are making
you tired and irritable, and it may not be necessarily
anemia. I highly recommend the Complete Cleanse Kit
in this case, because if you haven’t gone through the
body cleanses, you may be not giving your body every
chance it needs to start the healing process because
its having to deal with all the toxins first, therefore,
decreasing the energy level that you may have had if
you body was cleaned up on the inside.
To re-cap, on the products that I talked about, the
Complete Body Balance Kit is obvious, Iron, extra Zinc,
extra Copper, and of course the Zinc and the Copper
are both found in the Complete Cleanse Kit, so if you
bought the Complete Cleanse Kit you wouldn’t need to
buy those two extra. Extra Selenium would be advisable
here, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, a little extra would
also be advisable, and I think that you will see the
body simply react and do what it is suppose to do. If
you’re taking the Iron, make sure that you take extra
Vitamin C, 2 or 3,000 mg a day, extra, simply because
the body cannot hold onto Iron unless the Vitamin C
is there to properly oxidize it. Also, while you’re
taking the Iron don’t forget about the olive oil in
case there’s a constipation situation there, a tablespoon
early, and a tablespoon late would be highly advisable.
