ADD/ADHD: Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit
Hyperactive Disorder, and of course these run in the
same vein, pretty much the same relative type situation,
or disorder if you will, from a nutritional standpoint.
I hesitate to call it a disease because it disturbs
me that so many children get treated for this as if
it were.
With ADD and ADHD, the child is having a hard time
focusing, concentrating, they’re hyper, and yes, they’ve
got things going on in their body, and these things
that are going on, more times than not, is caused by
a lack of good nutrition. They’re not able to sleep
well, they don’t get a good meal, they get bombarded
with sugar on top of sugar, and sugar is not just from
a Twinkie. White sugar, white flour, white rice, white
potatoes, or even white pasta, all these things convert
to glucose type sugar when they enter the bloodstream.
As a child is exposed to these type fast foods, day
after day, they all knock down the body’s supply of
Chromium. Now Chromium is very much needed in the body
to metabolize sugar, and as we get exposed to these
white food products it knocks down the amount of Chromium
in the body. The child is left without the ability to
metabolize sugar properly, therefore, they have hyperactivity,
or the lack of being able to focus and concentrate.
This is primarily due to a lack of good nutrition.
I would highly recommend in this case the Complete
Foundation Kit. On top of that a little extra Chromium
everyday, and for most children, based on how old they
are, and how much body weight they have, a teaspoon
a day extra, if the child is between 70 and 150 pounds.
If the child is over 150 pounds, a tablespoon a day
of extra Chromium and a little bit of extra Magnesium
and Calcium wouldn’t hurt. An extra ½ ounce of Magnesium
a day would give them that calming effect.
Children need nutrition they don’t need Ridlan, and
these other terrible drugs, so before you go to something
like that as your remedy to correct these children,
get them off of the white flour, white sugar, white
rice, white potatoes, and white pasta products. Getting
the Complete Foundation kit is going, give them a little
extra Chromium, (chromium should be after school) a
little extra Magnesium (magnesium should be given before
school) every single day, and you will see in my estimation
a very, very big difference in these children. You have
everything to gain on this respect, and you have absolutely
nothing to lose. All these different type of drugs are
designed to control a body that doesn’t need to be controlled.
It simply needs to be fed good nutrition. Give your
child raw fruits and vegetables as a large part of their
meal. You can have pasta, but do it in whole grain.
Yes, you can have rice, but learn to cook brown rice.
I hate to say the potato itself is bad because the skin
of the potato, the white potato, has a large amount
of Potassium and other nutrients in it, and your child
needs that, but they don’t need the deep fried fatty
white potato part, which has hardly any nutrition left
in it. If your child has a problem with ADD/ADHD you
need to get them off these products and give them a
good substitute. Substitute whole grains anywhere you
can especially with bread and pasta. Get rid of the
white sugar products. A good sweetener called stevia
is a food supplement that you can find in your health
food stores, and it is many times sweeter than sugar,
but does not have any negative side effects like that
of a white sugar product.
In extreme cases of ADD, a water soluble mineral called
Platinum, early in the day
can be helpful. 1 tsp. for body weight 70 to l50 pounds.
1 Tbls. for body weight over l50 pounds. For ADHD, not
the Platinum, but Gold taken at the same time and in
the same doses as above can offer assistance to the
body. You should also consider doing the toxic sludge
cleanse and the immune boosting cleanse found in the

To re-cap a little bit on the products that you may
need if you’re dealing with ADD/ADHD with your children
is the Complete Body Balance Kit and the Complete Cleanse
Kit. Extra Chromium after school events, directly after
school, but not before school because now you are giving
the child extra energy. This energy needs to be burned
off in the after school time frame. The other minerals
that you will need is Magnesium to keep them calm while
they’re in school. It’s a very relaxing, anti-stress
mineral, very calming mineral, and it’ll do that child
a lot of good to keep them relaxed, and calmed down
while they’re in the school setting. If it’s a very
serious situation you may want to use a little bit of
Gold. Gold has a very calming placid effect, so just
prior to the child going to school, a little bit of
Gold could be very beneficial. And then of course a
natural product which is a food supplement called stevia
in place of your white sugar products.
